In background, watching beginner tutorial for node.js. I glanced over maki. A team member is almost done with complete course on node.js. I sort of want to dive into Maki to build two pretty basic apps. I like to see if I could get some intro to Maki on how to actually build it out, or figure out where I need to go first before I take it all out of the box. Could I get some guidance on Maki? I've heard for years it's going to be so easy. I'd like to try maki while we already have some java laid down. I want to start from scratch here though.

thx 0X9ZM2H0, hope all is well, but bitcoin core was supposedly supported, it just didn't accept the URL (address), but Bitpay wallet did take that URL and transacted (immediately showed balance I owed with Bitpay). Bitpay looks like a nice wallet with some ease of use functions I like and glad I'm hooked up finally. Just didn't expect to be a 2 wallet tester! Just seems borderline almost antitrust that Bitpay can convert customers in this manner, maybe that's innovation, but seems there should be ease of use or support for Bitcoin in general, and no idea why one worked over the other, other than they are Bitpay and process and have wallet, and recognizes (not sure of the word). Seems protocol-ish as you say. Just seems there needs greater support for "the other wallets" given there is no way to get any response from Bitpay in the matter. Maybe that's by design though too and they convert customers, but that's where it's borderline.

appears that worked, one way to convert customers to bitpay

It didn't work with Bitcoin Core, but if this is bitpay and from bitpay wallet address, hopefully it finds it somehow with protocol.

ok maybe found workaround. I manually input the bitpay URL (hand't tried that yet) into send, and it showed insufficient funds, which is true. So now waiting for confirmations and maybe will work.

09HF4JLV I had a vendor stop accepting crypto and they had accepted Bitpay. I had to switch to new vendor and am trying to meet a deadline, make it all the way to invoice with bitpay but won't open up wallet when i hit the blue tab (also same thing when I go to invoice). So I have tried and tested both Bitcoin Core and Bitpay! But still not opening up and I don't QR code at the moment. Anybody know the solution to this, it's a real hassle and seems Bitpay would want to resolve this issue ASAP. One vendor dropped them and blamed Bitpay (warranted or not). It's like it's missing instructions or not working and merchant can't fix it, I can't fix it, Bitpay not reachable. Like to help everybody involved. If I can fix it, I can report back to the new vendor.

anybody know how to solve issues with http / https / SSL certificates with use of slack? Think problem is with slack. Getting into VM and probably creating CURL from scratch. Anybody know how to fix or want to propose to earn a bounty. Or have a link to fix?
